  • Before we start anything we will always spend time gaining an understanding of your business, brand, tone of voice and your customer. We'll deep dive into all of your current comms and content, take a look at any existing strategy, as well as highlight and understand your competitor market. Then, we plan.

  • We will take the lead on the creation of an effective marketing strategy, and then execute it in line with the objectives and timelines we have laid out together.

    It doesn't need to be complex, we just need a plan and we need to know what we're working towards.

  • Sharing your story is what I’m most passionate about. People need to trust in who and what they are investing in, and if we’re working together, that means you’re one of the good guys and we need to make sure the world knows that as well as me.

    It doesn’t mean you have to plaster your face all over your website or socials, but it does mean we will work on sharing who you are, why you started, your philosophy, ethics, dreams - this is your passion, it’s the very soul of your business.

    This is going to be a really important part of our efforts. It's such a cliche saying, but people really do buy into people.

  • Create content and share it. Content is how you become visible, how you grow and how you keep people engaged. Content comes from all of our efforts. It's what keeps people interested and keeps them coming back.

    Content is your story, quality images, effective and engaging copy (that actually sounds like your brand, and not the marketing agency you just hired!) , it's exciting and creative campaigns, collaborations, partnerships, blog content and events.

    Whatever you already have, we’ll organise it, make sure it's good enough, and get it out there. If you're new on the scene and content is lacking, then we better get cracking!

    This is not just a like, follow, share competition on Insta, quality collabs and building these relationships can really propel you forward. Think longevity, not just quick, temporary wins.

    If it's right for you, then making sure you and your business is visible in real life, away from our digital marketing efforts is super valuable.

    • We won't demand you hand over your social media channels if you don't want to. For many of the independent, founder led businesses we've worked with, Instagram in particular can feel personal. We can however guide you, and assist on the planning and creation of your posts, as well as align your activity with a wider strategy.

    • We won't tell you that you need to be on every single social media outlet. We will work and understand what is right for you and your audience.

    • Telling you to post on social media every day is not a marketing strategy. We can do better than this.

    • We don't personally offer photography, videography, graphic design or website builds - but we can call on our trusted partners.
